Beautiful spacious holiday house in Eze-Village at the Côte D'Azur (close to Monaco & Nice). This beautiful villa (two under one roof) is part of the Les Tourelles complex. Standing at 400m above sea-level it offers a splendid view over the town of Eze-Village. The complex has an excellent swimming pool accessible for all guests.

Description
The house (right hand) is fully furnished and equipped with all conveniences. On the ground floor you find the first bedroom, bathroom and a toilet. The garage is accessible via the hall. On the first floor are the living-room with TV, radio/CD, kitchen (with storage closet) and the terrace. On the second floor are two bedrooms, a second bathroom and toilet. The house has a washing-machine with tumble drier. Of course the kitchen is fully equipped too: dish-washer, refrigerator, electric cooker, ceramic cooking plate, oven and a microwave. 2 Balconies in the sun and a terrace with shade. There is central heating; no air conditioning. There is a highchair - babybed - babybath - play-pen.

Surroundings
Eze-Village is a small artist village, situated between Nice (7,5 miles) and Monaco (4 miles). The airport of Nice lies at 10 miles distance of the villa. Many things to do and to see in the village of Eze, like the old fortress, restaurants, little shops and a tropical garden. Visit the famous city of Nice and Monaco, the smallest country in the world. In Nice are several very interesting musea. Don't miss out on the Palace of Monaco.
